The Club House
Welcoming everyone to our community is the club house situated at the entrance east-west crossroad. The club house consists of a covered front porch, a large cupola foyer with french doors leading to a banquet room and adjacent kitchen in back, french doors opening to two smaller meeting rooms on either side, and a patio beyond the great room.
This facility is used frequently for community sponsored social gatherings and may be reserved in advance (subject to availability) by residents for private parties as well. Community social events range from large pot luck or catered affairs to low key Saturday morning coffees and Friday afternoon "Wine and Cheese". The executive board, our many volunteer committees and other social groups (such as book club and crafts) also meet regularly at the club house.
The Walking Trail, Sidewalks and Street Lights
Compact in size, Hunt Glen is a very walkable neighborhood. Many residents are seen out walking along the trail and sidewalks at all hours of the day and in all seasons of the year. The private walking trail stretches along the perimeter of the complex. Street lights illuminate village roads and sidewalks, permitting safe travel for everyone after dark.
Residents enjoy the active community lifestyle. Walking is a great way to meet and greet their neighbors, their dogs, their grandchildren and other guests. Weather permitting, residents can also visit with their neighbors on porches and decks.
